My beliefs

The Bible is inspired and empowered by God, alive, and infallible; it’s authority is ultimate, final, and eternal.

There is one eternal God who exists as three separate persons; the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is the creator and sustainer of all things. He created mankind, male and female, in His own image for fellowship.

Jesus Christ is the Son of God, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life as He walked among men, demonstrated the authority and power of God in works and speech, died on the cross, rose from the dead on the third day, and is now seated at the right hand of God having accomplished all that is necessary for man’s salvation.

We receive salvation by grace through faith. When we repent of sin, confess Jesus as Lord with our mouth and believe in our hearts we are reborn as a new creation in Christ by the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is continuing the work He started at Pentecost, empowering believers to live a godly life and continue in all the works of Jesus. He is our comforter, counselor, and helper who leads and guides us. 

The Church is the body of Christ composed of all born-again believers of Christ, regardless of denomination. The Church is commissioned to go into all of the world, preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, and make disciples.

Jesus will soon return and those who have believed in Him will be resurrected to a heavenly dwelling in an incorruptible body, and those who do not believe will join Satan and his host in everlasting punishment.
